97 Ocean Isle West Blvd. - This West End house is on the narrow peninsula, which gives these homes access to both the ocean and the sound side. It features six bedrooms and five and a half baths on two levels. On the main level, there's one bedroom with a king bed on the ocean side, and one bedroom with a queen on the street side. These two bedrooms have private baths and TV's. There's also half a bath off the living room. Upstairs, one ocean side bedroom has a king and TV, one bedroom has a queen and a set of bunk beds with trundles, one has two queen beds and a set of bunk beds with trundles, and the sixth bedroom has a queen. There are three bathrooms on this level. There's a separate sitting room with sofa and TV. The dining room table seats twelve, and there are six stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating.

Amenities include 15' X 37' private pool, enclosed hot and cold water outside shower, plus an open cold water shower by the beach, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, bar area with beverage fridge, two ovens, two refrigerators, blender, 50" Plasma TV in living room, and unsecured Wi-Fi. This property provides cable service. Five Smart TVs also provide Streaming service with guest's own accounts. With covered and open decks on two levels, you'll be able to fully enjoy the ocean. The nicely landscaped pool area has lounge chairs for you to relax and get a great tan, or you may choose to sit in the shady sitting area with chairs, rockers, and picnic table. The private dock is tide dependent, so be sure to pick up a tide chart while you're on the island. There is a gazebo on the walkway ocean side.

The golf cart outlet is under the marsh side steps. PLEASE DO NOT CHARGE UNDER THE HOUSE!

Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed, and ALL BEDS ARE MADE for your comfort and convenience. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards before each new stay. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE LINEN BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE OF YOUR DOOR FOR PICK UP. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional. Please note that paper and soap products are not provided and should be brought by guests. Top bunk beds will not be made.
