Custom white cabinets in kitchen with solid surface countertops, beautiful custom wood dining room tables, bar and Island with prep sink. Plenty of seating for everyone includes (8) Dining Chairs, (4) Full Back counter chairs and (8) bar stools.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms with custom wood platform beds. Master bedroom has King bed and Handicap friendly bedroom has a Queen and Single bed. Handicap Friendly bathroom has a roll-in tile shower with two benches, accessible roll under sink with tilt mirror and wider doors fit for wheelchair. An extra ramp is available for easier access to both porches, if needed.
Natural Wood Walls in the main areas offer a light and appealing beach atmosphere.

Downstairs there are four bedrooms with custom wood platform beds. Master bedroom has King Bed, One Bedroom has Two Queens, One Bedroom has two doubles. The kids' room has three custom built-in single beds. Gathering area has a TV, snack bar with sink and refrigerator.

Rocking chairs are provided on porches for spectacular views all around on both levels.

Ground Level, Pool Area includes Chaise Lounge Chairs, Side Chairs, Side Tables, Dining Table and Sink. A Custom Enclosed Cedar Shower with hot and cold water is provided for a quick shower after a swim in pool or ocean.
