Upstairs, one street side bedroom has two queens, and one has two singles; one ocean side bedroom has a king, and one has two queens. The dining room table seats twelve, and there are six stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating. There's an additional sitting area on the main level. All bedrooms have a private bathroom, and there's a half-bath off the kitchen. Upstairs, the bedroom with the two single beds has a walk-in shower with a three and a half inch lip. The master bedroom also has a walk-in shower. All other bathrooms have a shower/tub combination.

Amenities include private pool, elevator to all floors, covered oceanfront porches on both levels, enclosed outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, blender, and Wi-Fi. This house provides cable service, as well as five Smart TVs with access to Streaming with guest's own account.

This property provides all pillows, bed linens and bedspreads along with 18 bath towels and washcloths. The linens will be dropped off in a bag beside entrance door.
