East First Street 128 - Milliken Vacation Rental With Private Pool

128 East First Street - This oceanfront house, on the corner of Newport Street, features six bedrooms and six bathrooms. Downstairs, there are two street side bedrooms with a king bed in each. Upstairs, there are two oceanfront bedrooms, one with a king bed, and one with two queens; the two street side bedrooms have a king in one, and two doubles in another. All bedrooms have private baths and all have TV's. The dining room table seats eight, and there are four stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating.

Amenities include 8X15 private pool, enclosed outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, blender, baby gate, Keurig coffeemaker, regular coffeemaker, unsecured Wi-Fi, and 7 Smart TVs with Streaming accessed with guest's own accounts. The golf cart outlet is on the east side of the house.

This house has keyless entry.

Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards before each new stay. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE LINEN BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE OF YOUR DOOR FOR PICK UP. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional. Please note that paper and soap products are not provided and should be brought by guests.*
