NEESE'S COTTAGE - 245 West First Street - This oceanfront house features six bedrooms and three bathrooms on two levels. The main level has four bedrooms. The two ocean side bedrooms have a king in each and TVs. The two on the street side have a queen and a set of bunk beds in each. Upstairs, the street side bedroom has a queen bed and TV. The ocean side bedroom has a king bed and TV, and access to an ocean facing deck with a great view. On the main level, one bathroom is a Jack n Jill and one is a hallway bath. Both have shower/tub combinations. Upstairs, there's a bathroom at the end of the hallway. The dining room table seats twelve, and there are three stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating.

Amenities include hot and cold water outside enclosed shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, blender, iron/ironing board, ceiling fans, wet bar, and secure Wi-Fi. This property provides cable service as well as five Smart TVs with streaming services (Netflix, Hulu and Disney +) which may be accessed with guest's own account. With porches on two levels and a covered gazebo on the dunes, you'll have plenty of room to sit and enjoy the ocean breeze. You may want to gather the family and enjoy an outdoor dinner on the dining room tables outside.

Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided.
