84 East First Street - This oceanfront house, at the corner of Concord Street, features six bedrooms and six bathrooms on two levels. Downstairs, there are two street side bedrooms, one with a king bed. and one with two double beds. Upstairs, the two oceanfront bedrooms have a king in each. The two street side bedrooms each have a queen bed and a single bed. The dining room table seats eight, and there are six stools around an L-shaped kitchen bar for additional seating. Four TVs are smart TVs.

Amenities include enclosed outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, DVD player, and Wi-Fi. Catch some sun rays from the uncovered oceanfront deck or sit in the shade of the gazebo on the dunes. This house has a golf cart outlet.

Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided.
