The first bedroom has a king bed, Two of the bedrooms have a queen bed in each. The fourth bedroom on the first level has a queen bed and a queen bunk bed.. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a king bed. The dining room table seats twelve. There are three stools at the kitchen bar and a breakfast nook that seats four. Amenities include a 10' X 22' private pool, gas grill, enclosed hot and cold water outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee maker, Keurig, blender, and secured Wi-Fi. With two levels of decks, and new polywood outside furniture, you can sit and relax in the shade or catch some sun rays. *Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided.
