This building is close to the East Covered Boat Docks, Enclosed Fishing, and the Playground and not far from the pools and game room. This is one of two units in this building and would be great for an extended family or group wanting to be close but have separate spaces.

Bring your boat as there are lots of dock slips to rent, trailer parking and public boat launch next door. The grounds of Lone Oak Point are reminiscent of a vintage resort guaranteed for making family memories of a summer full of swimming, boating, fishing and fun.

**Please note that for the 2026 Season the bed situation will be changing. The room with the 2 Queen Beds will be updated to 1 Queen bed and a Twin over Twin bunk bed with a Twin trundle. This unit will still only sleep 8 people max due to fire codes.
