Home has living room, kitchen, dining room, and half bath on first floor and four double beds and full bath on second floor. Living room is furnished with italian leather sofa and loveseat and mahogany wood coffee table. Hardwoods throughout. Washer/Dryer in basement, no off-street parking, but plenty of on-street parking at top of street. Renters will get one on-street parking pass. Relax on the front porch and people watch while your children play in the fenced in yard. Very short walk to Wellington Park, which has beach, playground, ball fields. Five houses up the street from all the marinas, bars, restaurants, and shopping that Newport has to offer.
