There is inside & outside access to each level so that the larger family or extended families can have some privacy when desired and yet be together enjoying easy beach access, lots of grassy front yard with decks and patios with a stainless BBQ grill and on beach fire pits. Important to families with young children, the yard is fully and tastefully fenced and you can see your youngsters on the beach from the front porch and yard. Our private 100 foot beach which has no public access assures a quiet environment.

As serene as our "Turtle Cove Bay Beach Homes" are, you still are only 5-10 minutes from the 90 Store MCKINLEY MALL, 100 RESTAURANTS of every type, fast to four star, and New York State's biggest and newest Super Wal-Mart, just 3 miles away. Hamburg town park boat launch is only 3 miles and there are two or three bait and tackle shops and Marine stores within 6-10 miles. You can also rent Kayaks or Canoes at the downtown Marina for the week or just take a guided paddling tour in the inner harbor and Buffalo River.

This is a great location for easy access to Sabre or Bills games as we are only 15 minutes to either site and you approach from the low traffic side for fast access to your seats. Please understand that this is an area of upscale private homes and no hosting of parties can be permitted. Turtle Cove Bay Beach home facilities are only for the enjoyment of tenents and their immediate family members.

We are minutes away from many wedding party facilities; Wanakah CC, Brierwood CC, Avanti Mansion, Michaels, The Galleria, Lucarelli's. Town of Hamburg Woodlawn State Park

We are also close to downtown Buffalo productions and festivals and theatre productions at Shea's Performing Arts Center. . In fact any Buffalo attraction is just a short 15 minute ride away allowing you to enjoy the best of both worlds: Fun at the Beach and fun at the attractions, such as The Allentown Art Festival, The Chicken Wing Festival, The Labatt's Pond Hockey Tournament, The Buffalo Zoo, Museum of Science, The Guitar Festival, Bass Pro Fishing Competition, Frank Lloyd Wright, and other amazing architecture, and of course, Niagara Falls.
