The location was perfect, literally a walk across the street from the beach. The view from the patio was beautiful! The room was nice and clean with everything you need right there in the room. The decor really got you in the aloha spirit. The bed was extremely comfortable as well. We would definitely stay at this location again and are already thinking about next year's vacation!

The condo is nicely appointed and has a good location, only a block from a great beach and on the 3rd floor. You can see the ocean and watch the whales and sunsets from the unit. That is wonderful! The only problem is that it is right on a very busy street (South Kihei Dr) which is quite noisy. Not a problem so much during the day because we weren't there that much or didn't care, but at night we had to close the sliding door to block the noise which didn't allow the nice night air in. The other slightly weird thing about the lanai is that they have 2 tables with chairs on it. The unit only sleeps 2, so the extra table only seems to make the lanai crowded and hard to move around on. The kitchen was well appointed with decent knives and plenty of various utensils, a full size fridge, stove and DW. Plenty of dishes and pots and pans. There were beach chairs, an umbrella and a boogie board which we didn't expect, but were happy to have. There is a memory foam topper on the bed, if you like that. We used the pools a few times. They are small, but nice when you want a break from the beach or if the sand is blowing. Overall, Maui Vista 1313 is a nice condo, well appointed with everything you will need for a wonderful Maui vacation. Management was easy to work with, and the price was reasonable for being so close to the ocean compared to everything else we looked at. If you're not bothered by the noise, it's a great place!

My husband and I spent 9 days in Maui and the location of this rental is amazing, right in the heart of Kihei, easy to access restaurants, very quick to get to roads that lead us to our scheduled activities. The complex is quiet and parking was easy every time! There were even beach chairs, little boards, and an umbrella for us to use, and omg was it nice to have clean laundry in my suitcase when I got back home! Communication was smooth and the experience was great!

Maui Vista 1313 was our home away from home for two wonderful weeks. We were very comfortable and everything we needed was in the apartment. We made most of our meals so a kitchen and good pots and pans are important. The views are lovely,easy access to the beach across the street, friendly security people, great walking area with a park close by. Thank you!

1313 was our temporary home for my first visit to Maui, it was great. Watched the island wake up from the lanai each morning we were there. We saw whales and wonderful sunsets. The condo was clean and well cared for. Beach chairs, boogie board and snorkel gear in condo as well as other beach needs. Easy walking access to local shopping and beach right across the street. Very nice place to stay, so glad we stayed there.

Really enjoyed this condo. It has everything you need inside. Fully equipped kitchen. Ceiling fan and tower fan in the bedroom. Snorkeling gear and body boards. The location is across the street from the beach, and the town is just down the street with lots of shops and places to eat. Would stay here again.

thank you nice place. some of the lamps didn't work too well and would flicker. couldn't take the trash out in the morning because the trash chute was locked sorry about that.

Cute condo walking distance from the beach and close to local shops. Perfect for one or two people! The kitchen was stocked with everything you need and they even had chairs and mats for the beach. Clean, comfortable and easy to get in and out. Parking was a breeze too.

We loved this condo that is literally across the street from the beach! This place is great for a small family or couples, we went with another couple. The condo was very comfortable and had everything you need! They even have beach stuff to use, chairs, umbrella, boogie boards! It was awesome! My only negative thing to say is, the pull out bed that’s in the couch was a little outdated- you can feel every spring. BUT, regardless we would stay here in a heartbeat all over again! It was wonderful!

Had a totally fabulous time. Great communication before arrival, the condo was exactly as posted. We had lots of room: 1A and 2Y. Close to everything, beach across the road and also quick drive to Wailea and some of the great snorkelling sites. While AA does not include beach chairs and umbrella, we did find 3 chairs and an umbrella in the closet, left by someone else Everything was just easy!
