We thoroughly enjoyed the condo. Transparency of the condos decor, etc. is important; that way, there arent fictitious expectations. We liked the rules for property expectations and the effective enforcement system. Unbeatable location. Thanks for the pleasant visit.

The condo was great for the two of us, comfortable, relaxing and we loved the lanai. The bed was very comfortable. A few things we felt would have made it better were: a ceiling fan in the bathroom, a hand rail in the shower, and a few containers with lids to store food. Other than those it was ideal. Maui is a beautiful place and we like the convenient location of the condo. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and relaxed!

Maui Vista cant be beat as far as a convenient location, close to beaches and good eating. The complex is meticulously cared for and well groomed. Of the 5 units at Maui Vista weve stayed at, this one lacked the most extras (lawn chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, tennis racquets....etc.). There is no extras in the closet of 3105. In fact there is only 2 outside chairs on the Lanai (There was 4 of us staying in the unit). On the plus side, this unit has by far, the very best sofa bed we have ever slept on!

I chose this unit because I didnt want anything fancy and wanted a cheaper option. I really have nothing to complain about. The kitchen was equipped with everything I needed. The unit was well cleaned when I arrived. It was quiet the whole time I was there. The bed was fairly comfortable. There was an AC unit in the living room that kept the condo cool at night for sleeping. Overall I would come back.

I have stayed at Maui Vista a number of times and it never disappoints. Unit 3015 is a perfect get away - close to everything, quiet overall very relaxing. There are just 3 small things I think needs to be looked at . None of this would be a reason not to return . 1- The wifi - the signal is weak and at times unreliable 2- The property description mentioned beach chairs. I did not find any. In other places I have stayed at Maui Vista every unit had a pair of beach chairs and some other beach items I did not find any here. Not huge issue. 3- If the property Maui Vista allows would be nice to have a slight out on the lanai. Would have been nice to have dinner out there. One huge positive was no need to run the AC with the door open on the lanai and the window open in the bedroom there is a Nice breeze that flows through (in fact strong enough had to put something in front of the bedroom door so it does not slam shut. A great vacation getaway!

We had a wonderful time in Maui Vista 3105. The unit is a bit dated but it was clean and well kept. We were provided with everything we needed. The only thing that would add value would be 2 beach chairs. Access to the beach was good. Pool was well kept and grounds were lovely. Very quiet and peaceful. Would highly recommend this unit!
