Our first visit to Kihei. The Royal Mauian is a terrific location, nice condo units and a wonderful beach just a few steps away. Restaurants, shops and grocery stores within easy walking distance. Will book with AA Oceanfront again next time.

Wonderful condo! The view from the kitchen, living room, lanai, and master bedroom are phenomenal! The unit looks directly out into the ocean . The sunsets from the lanai were incredible. We appreciated the 2 beach chairs , umbrella, small cooler, 2 boogie boards, and 2 floaties. The beds are very comfortable. The wind through the unit with doors open was comfortable. I was worried about having no AC. But it was fine! The sound of crashing waves at night was wonderful! The kitchen is well stocked with dishes. Bring tour own coffee, sugar, creamer, salt, clothing detergent. You will need those. The unit could use cleaning supplies, as we stayed a week with no way to clean all the glass tables. The unit offers a sponge and dish soap and dishwasher detergent and paper towels. Lots of beach towels and other amenities are offered. The internet is a little slow for trying to download and watch a movie. The beach was wonderful!!! The professional booking service was very responsive and checked in with us to make sure we were happy, which we were!! We would stay here again for sure!

It was everything they said it was. Wonderful view from the deck. Comfortable beds. Had more amenities then listed. Highly recommend this place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. The morning and evening time on the lanai were amazing. There are 4 turtles that play out front every day. Sun rise and sets were amazing. Great location to food,shopping and dining. Roof top was beautiful. Only complaint was the elevator was very slow, and one elevator was out of commission. We got our stairs in daily. The pool is very nice, when the winds pick up on the beautiful beaches. Beaches are very easily accessed from this property. I would love to stay here again. Highly recommend. Thank you. We had no complications with this condo.

Great location with beautiful sunset views. Many restaurants and beaches are walking distance. The condo full filled all our needs and expectations even with no AC. We went in July and the breezes kept our condo cool and comfortable. Condo had a small cooler, 2 beach chairs, shade umbrella and beach towels. Fit our family of 4 very comfortably and highly recommended! Wi-fi was weak and slow.
