Fantastic Stay
Absolutely Fantastic stay at this unit! Everything you could need at a central location to come and go at your own leisure and explore the island. Fantastic view from the lanai for those quiet stay in days as well. Easy access to the beach and walking distance to a great bakery and coffee shop. This is our second stay and has become our favorite vaction destination!

Easy check in - unit was just as nice as the pictures. Can't beat the views on the porch. Amenities on property were well maintained. Good location to explore the island.
Absolutely perfect accommodation for our family!
Our son, wife and two children stayed in this condo and it was absolutely perfect for them. There were 9 people in our family vacationing and we all stayed in 3 condos at Sugar Beach and #535 was awesome as our meeting place. The view every night of the sunset was spectacular and sitting on the large lanai was a great place for wonderful family memories! We watched whales and boats and all the activities a beach offers. Everyone loved the beach and the pool. A gorgeous location and Maui is such a great island for all. Thanks again for making it such a memorable family vacation!!
Magnificent view, beautiful condo!
We were met at the condo by Ali'i Resorts, and the lady showed us everything in the condo, and even gave us a discount card for Foodland. They called the next morning to see if we had any questions, which was a nice touch. The condo was beautifully decorated. I have never seen so much orange in one place. It was stunning! The kitchen was huge, and had everything you could ever imagine. I loved lighting all the orange lights and candles in the dining room each night. The living room had an extremely comfortable sectional couch, plus huge lounge chair with ottoman. Very luxurious. And the lanai. Oh my. A large table with seating for six at one end. And another table with seating for four at the other end. Only thing missing was some lounge chairs. But the view ... Wow!!! We could look up the coast towards Maalaea, Or out at the exquisite sunsets. You would never tire of that view. The condo is actually a double wide condo, that is basically two condos combined into one. So each half has a bedroom with it's own bathroom. Both had really nice furniture. Great linens and towels, and lots of storage. On the lanai there were four beach chairs, plus a cooler, which came in great for trips to the beach. In total I counted seating for 19 people. It would be a fabulous place for a party, or Christmas dinner! We used the pool a couple of times. Temperature and size were nice. But the loungers were even nicer. We laid on the ones on the grass facing the ocean. We took many walks along the ocean just to enjoy the whole experience here. Parking was very easy, because it wasn't assigned. You could park under or on top of the garage. There is one elevator at the opposite end of our building. So we often walked up and down the stairs, for a good work out. I would very highly recommend this condo to everyone! It was very hard to leave after one week.
