Property Description
Welcome to Flip Flop'in-- the premier property being built at Branson Cove-- to be completed in May of 2021! Walking into the main level, you will find two King master suites with futons, one of which is ADA compliant, as well as a bunk room with two triple bunk beds. Cook your favorite recipes in our fully equipped kitchen while enjoying family time, taking advantage of the wonderful open concept. Have a family barbeque on the amazing back deck-- and be sure to use our propane grill and pellet smoker! Challenge your family to a competitive game of cornhole and enjoy THE VIEW! Head downstairs for some of our favorite features: shuffleboard, ping pong, pool table, arcade games, and your own private, indoor, heated, pool! Downstairs, there are also three King master suites, as well as another bunk room with two sets of triple bunks. On the upper level, you will find two more King suites with futons and a fun surprise in bedroom number 10! Bedroom no. 10 has a sleeper sofa, a Murphy bed, game tables, and access to an over-sized, covered deck. Refundable Security Deposit required for all renters. This home will allow up to 2 pets with prior approval, restrictions and fees apply.
Shared Resort Amenities:
As if there wasn't enough to do inside, Branson Cove has some incredible grounds! The seasonal outdoor pool and splash pad will be complete Fall of 2020, and the indoor one will be completed Fall of 2021. The Lakeside park will be completed in the Spring of 2021!
