This condo, which has been recently renovated, features wood flooring throughout and a stunning view of the lake. This unit is 1/2 flight up stairs. There is no elevator. This unit is close to the pool. This is the perfect place to spend quality time with your friends and family. You will love the open-concept living areas. The living area opens onto the private deck, which offers fresh air and a great view from the balcony! The large windows allow you to enjoy the outside view from the inside. The fully-equipped kitchen features a microwave oven, stove, oven and refrigerator.

The bedroom has a King-size bed as well as a TV. The main bathroom is located next to the bedroom, and just off the living area is a tub/shower combination. The living room has a queen-size sofa bed, a TV and a DVD player. There is also an electric fireplace. The hall laundry has a stackable washer/dryer.
