This unit is a walk-in unit and has an elevator access. There are no steps inside. This condo is almost a Penthouse with its wood-style tile flooring. The large deck is ideal for relaxing in the Ozarks air and has access from the dining room. The living areas are open plan with large windows that allow in natural light and offer stunning views of the lake. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and ice maker. There is also an island with granite countertops throughout.

In all three bedrooms, there is a King-size bed and in the living room, a queen-size sleeper couch. There is a TV in the living room with a DVD player and TVs in every bedroom. The master bedroom has an en suite bath with a deep soaking tub, triple sinks, and a walk-in closet. The hallway leads to the second bathroom, which has a tub/shower combination and is located off the bedroom. The hall laundry has a stackable washer/dryer.
