Access to Table Rock Lake immediately! Because this new vacation home is only 200 feet from the lake in Branson Cove, a coveted luxury neighborhood located next to Table Rock State Park Marina, we are "On The Water".

On the Water is a waterfront lot with a tree-lined shore and clear water. It was built high enough for three levels of decks that offer breathtaking views of the lake, hills and the soothing sounds of the Ozarks. The Corp of Engineers granted "On the Water" a permit to clear enough brush from the backyard to the shoreline to accommodate our private guests. The neighborhood's Lake-Side Park is located adjacent to the home and offers easy access to its shoreline.

The owners were able to understand large families and designed this spacious, almost 6,000 square foot home. This home is almost 6,000 sq. ft. and can be used to host family reunions, multigenerational stays (from grandparents or infants) and groups of friends with kids. It has an easy access ramp to the main floor, and a first-floor accessible bedroom. This allows everyone to explore the home and this amazing part of the country. The perfect mix of adult, child, or family bedrooms is available. There are seven King ensuite bedrooms (two with daybeds/trundles for families with young children) and two bunkrooms (privacy both for boys and girls). There are ample open spaces on all three levels for people to relax and enjoy each others company, or take a break on one of the two large screened-in decks.

We get the best reviews from guests who say that they don't want to leave the house because it is "just so fun!" Adults and children may argue over the amenities such as the commercial Mario Kart Machine, the premier golf Golden Tee Arcade (with trackball, over 80 courses from around the globe), Pool Table and 60" Poker Table, Ping Pong Table, Shuffleboard and an outside hot tub and fire table.

On The Water is near Branson's best-known attractions, such as the two world-famous Big Cedar golf courses (Tiger Woods' "Payne's Valley", and "Buffalo Ridge"), and the professional championship "Jack Nicklaus Signature Course", at Top of the Rock. You are minutes from Branson Landing and Silver Dollar City, Showboat Branson Belle, Moonshine Beach and endless shows. There is also a new aquarium. It is only 2 minutes drive from Table Rock State Park and Marina, where you can enjoy LAKE TIME! It has boat slips and Wave-runner rentals, Spirit of America catamaran cruises and classic boat tours. There is also a Boathouse Store and a Cafe Bridges.
