As you step inside this magnificent home, you are welcomed by a spacious, fully-equipped kitchen on the main level, perfect for whipping up delicious meals for your entire group. Adjacent to the kitchen is an expansive dining table, followed by a large living space designed for gathering together and creating lasting memories. The main level deck features ample seating space, allowing everyone to enjoy the fresh Ozarks air and spend quality time with loved ones. Descending to the lower level, you will find a theatre room with 8 reclining chairs, perfect for a cozy movie night. Adjacent to the theatre is a game room, filled with a variety of arcade games to keep everyone entertained. After a day filled with activities, unwind in the rocking chairs on the lower level patio and soak in the serene lake views. Southern Exposure is thoughtfully designed with professionally decorated interiors, custom-tailored for your comfort. The sleeping arrangements consist of 9 king bedrooms, some of which are equipped with queen sleep sofa sleepers, and a bunk room designed to ensure a restful night's sleep.
