This building location was unbeatable! It is right on the beach and next to manatee public beach with food and gift shop. Very convenient! The building is from the 60’s, but the finishes are updated. Had plenty of electrical outlets, but I would have liked some USB ports available. I wish they would provide more beach and bath towels so we didn’t have to wash everything each day. They had 4 towels because it sleeps 4. They did provide some shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, but it wasn’t good quality so bring your own. Lack of storage in bath. Several light bulbs out. Turn-over team needs to look closer at these details.

The property was lovely, well stocked, and perfectly located. We were unable to use the dryer during the week and got stuck in the elevator upon arrival, so those were minor inconveniences.

Nice view of ocean from the patio, however it was a "side" view. Easy brach access, and the condo offered everythkng we needed...beach chairs, umbrella, toys, cart. Very easy and nice..

We had a wonderful time at Gulf Sands #102! The beach was very close, and we could even watch the sunset from our balcony. The unit was very clean, and we lived the beachy decor. The only complaint is that the combination lock on the one gate to the pool, was difficult to read the numbers on.

Great location. Ocean view was perfect for sipping coffee and having breakfast in the morning. Only steps away from the beach. The beds and couches were comfortable. Only negative was the WiFi service. We suffered cell phone service while in the condo and the unreliable WiFi made it difficult to secure reservations or look up destinations. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.
