Location, Location, Location. Steps from the water on one of the quietest parts of AMI. Walk to stores and restaurants. Turtles nesting on the beach in front of the condo. Easy access from the mainland and plenty of parking. It was a great trip to unwind and connect with our family that included kids home from college. Hosts provided excellent communication and are very responsive via text to questions during the stay. Had an issue with low water pressure in one of the showers and they came over within 2 hours while we were out to have it fixed for us. Highly recommend this property,

The condo was very clean and updated. We did purchase a playmate cooler for the condo because we needed something to bring on the beach. It’s our donation! The condo had everything we needed. My wife did find a small cooler mid week. The location is off the charts! We will be reserving this place again for next year. We absolutely loved it! Outstanding view. Amenities were exactly as described. Communication with Ty was exceptional throughout the stay. We were checked in on at arrival and post arrival as well as day before departure. The welcome kits in the bathrooms and kitchen were a nice touch as well. And the heated pool, just perfect!! We would absolutely return.

Great location on the beach. It was quiet and near everything at the same time. I was glad it wasn't crowded here. We loved the location of the unit to get to the beach and even the pool area as well. We would definitely come here again.
