"Bay Breeze", a three-bedroom / two-bathroom home, is located in the Maritime Forest off North Bald Head Wynd. This home is nestled around beautiful Live Oaks, giving you the feeling of being in a tree house. The large, expansive window lets in plenty of light. The open floor plan is perfect for family gatherings. The first floor contains the garage and entrance. The main living area is located on the second floor, within the tops the trees. Please note that there are no blinds on these windows. The kitchen is very well-stocked and well-maintained. The master king suite is upstairs, along with two other bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. We have several large decks outside. There is a large outdoor shower downstairs and plenty of space for grilling. A nice screened-in porch is located upstairs, off the living room. It has an outdoor dining area with a hammock. A sun-bathing deck is located directly off the screened in porch.

We cannot guarantee that the ice maker or water dispenser will be operational in the rental.
