This completely updated 3 bedroom / golf course view condo located in the Royal James Community is truly a rare find on BHI. This house has it all and nothing has been over looked! The kitchen is well stocked and the entire home is professionally decorated to the notch. Enjoy your morning coffee on our back deck over looking the award winning golf course. Royal James also has a community pool, which is perfect and convenient. We are centrally located on the island with the beach less than a minute golf cart ride (6 passenger golf cart) and the BHI Club the same. We have access to the BHI Club, which may be purchased separately. This includes dining at Horizons, fine dining at the club, pool privileges, work out facility, tennis, croquet and golf! We hope you enjoy island life in our home as much as we do

We absolutely LOVED our stay at the Wiley Fox. The property was impeccably clean, updated and had everything you could possibly need! It even included a cute little coffee and tea station providing Keurig pods for the whole week! Our communication with the rental company was perfect ! We definitely rent this property again!!!

We have stayed several times at the Wiley Fox and keep coming back. The place is very clean and in excellent condition. We have stayed there with as few as two of us and as many as 6 and been perfectly comfortable. I would recommend this place

You guys are by far the most organized, efficient and pleasant rental agency with which we have ever dealt. The condo was extremely clean and well stocked (even a cooler for the beach!), with clear instructions and a helpful guide to the island resources. The cart garage was very neat, and equipped with everything one would need - 2 new bikes, beach chairs, an umbrella, and even an air pump. The instructions and hints (ferry reservations, club access, etc.) that you sent at the time of booking were also much appreciated. For a bunch of BHI newbies, this made the whole process a lot less stressful. The accommodations were perfect for 5 adults, with plenty of room. If the owner ever decides to sell, let us know.

The condo was recently renewed, nicely decorated, exactly like in the picture. It was also perfectly cleaned and organized. The kitchen was well equipped with brand new dishes and great quality pots and pans. We experienced an issue during our stay and they provided excellent service repairing it. Which was very impressive! Last, the central location is great: close to the market and restaurants; although a few blocks away from the beach. The outside of the condo is OK, is a bit outdated but they have a nice small pool! In general, I would say it's very comfortable, well located, beautifully decorated and great service by BHI rentals!

The home was clean and very well maintained and had been updated in very welcoming furnishings with a coastal flair. Most items looked new or barely used. The home was very well equipped and even had supplies of items that we wouldn't have expected. For example, the coffee/tea bar was very generously stocked and there were storage wraps and some spices available for our use. The garage with the 6 person golf cart and bicycles was very nice. Upon arriving, there was no ice in the freezer, so we called BHI rentals and they sent someone over with 2 bags of ice until our ice machine could replenish it's supply. It did eventually start to work that evening. BHI rentals made sure they told us to call if it did not start to work properly or if there was anything else they could do for us. The people that showed up to deliver the ice as well as check on some other things from the previous visit were extremely nice and helpful. We also appreciated being able to drop our things off at the home a little early, since housekeeping was finished at the property. The only thing we would change would be some type of room darkening shades or curtains in the master bedroom. The sun shines brightly very early in that room and the shade over the bed wasn't working (there was a sign stating that). It stood out from the wall, and with the bed being right under the window, the light would shine directly in your face early in the morning. Both shades in the room were very transparent, unlike the shade in the other downstairs bedroom. Had we noticed, we would have probably stayed in the second bedroom instead of the master since they both had queen beds. A king size bed in one of the rooms would be nice, but it was not a deal breaker for us. The pillows and linens were very nice for all beds, which added to the cleanliness and comfort factor for us. Overall, we would rate this home at the top of our list for cleanliness and the updates that have been made as well as how well supplied the home was.

We loved staying at the Wiley Fox! Kitchen fully stocked and comfortable beds. Perfect size for us and we would love to return soon! We purchased a stuffed fox for our son so he can remember this vacation for years to come!

Beautiful condo with very attractive decor and every single item you would ever need in the kitchen and at the beach. The hosts have thought of and provided everything you would want allowing you a most comfortable stay. Wonderfull beds!! John and Laura, Chapel Hill I would love to connect directly with the owner. My wife loved the Anne C. Burroughs lithographs and I would like to buy two for her. I could not find anything on the web about the availability of the artists work. Thanks, John

We really enjoyed our time at the Wiley Fox. The place was open and airy. The 6 person cart got us around the island. The kitchen is well stocked and overall the place had everything that we needed.

Love this condo, very quite area, perfectly stocked and the coffee bar is great. The added touches make it a great place to stay! We love The Wiley Fox and will be back again hopefully soon. Very affordable for the island and the owners have thought of everything we needed. Property manager Bald Head Island Services made the reservations easy and also were available when we had a cart issue and immediately took care of us. Could not ask for a better stay! Thanks again!

Everything was great at the house and complex. It was especially nice to have a swimming pool available for the kids in the evenings. It was a pleasure to stay, quiet and relaxing and a beautiful setting. All of the amenities were working and the house was terrific. Golf cart was included, which was a great bonus. Extra bicycles would be a great addition, especially since the rental places charge quite a bit for their rentals.

This was our first time to BHI and the Wiley Fox was the perfect spot for our family to stay. It's clean, updated and well decorated!! We will definitely look into renting the Wiley Fox again.

I was greatly impressed by the decor of the home. It was very cute, updated, and tasteful. The kitchen and garage were nicely stocked. It was nice to have the little community pool so close. The house was clean, though the edges of the floors and baseboards could use some care. I loved it how many items in the kitchen and bathrooms were labeled. The property company was fantastic in responding quickly to every question and concern. My main complaints were that (1) the 3rd bedroom wasn't really a bedroom and got hot; (2) we were required to empty the trash, strip off our sheets, and start the laundry before leaving, which isn't expected when paying for a maid and on a vacation; (3) we found at least two cockroaches, though it's not unusual for the island and the house was sprayed immediately when reported.
