Property Description
The home is located in the quiet neighborhood of Keepers Landing. It has a reversed floor plan, with a vaulted roof on the upper level and an open plan living room, dining room, and kitchen. Two bedrooms are located downstairs, each with a bathroom and shower. The third bedroom, located upstairs, is a TV room by day that can be converted into a bedroom at night. A new sofa bed converts to a queen-sized bed. The third bathroom has a shower and is located upstairs, off the kitchen. Step outside to the screened-in patio with glass table and chairs. Or relax on one of the two large decks that are off the porch. Enjoy a cool drink and a short walk to the Keepers Landing dock, which winds out over marsh and provides a beautiful view of island. This home comes with two golf carts, each accommodating four passengers. It is a great way for guests to explore the island in their own way. You can use the golf cart to carry beach gear to any of island's beautiful beaches or to take a short cart ride to the Shoals club. This home offers access to the Shoals Club as well as Bald Head Island club for separate purchase. Each club offers a swimming pool as well as restaurants, gyms and other amenities.
