Property Description
As the name implies, you can relax on the porch, or the seaside hammock, and watch the Dolphins frolic in the surf out front.. Located in a coveted spot on the Killegray Ridge beach. The beach access is right outside the door, and just steps to the sand of a normally deserted beach.
The ground floor has a brand new custom kitchen. Large living room with adjoining dining, And even a game room off the main living area.
The downstairs master has a king bed and adjoining recently renovated bath. Upstairs, a second master also has a queen bed and bath. The third bedroom has a pair of twin beds and shares a bathroom with the kids room that has a set of bunks and a trundle bed. Every bedroom has a TV.
