Property Description

This home has been updated and is now the perfect family vacation home. The name suggests that you can relax in the porch or hammock and watch dolphins play in the surf. The property is located in a highly sought-after location on the Killegray Ridge Beach. The beach is just a few steps away from the front door. The ground floor features a brand-new custom kitchen. The main living area has a large living room, dining room and even a games room. The master bedroom downstairs has a king-sized bed and a newly renovated bathroom. A second master bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a bath is located upstairs. The third bedroom, which has twin beds, shares a bathroom and bunks with the kids' room. Every bedroom has a television.
