Property Description

This newly constructed house, located in the Braemar area on the way to East Beach is a second row beauty with great views, and brand new décor. This house probably gets more praise than any other. Top of the range. The best of everything We hear it all. The living room is located on the second level to maximize views. There are many decks and porches to enjoy outdoor living and entertaining. Each bedroom has a full bathroom. There are TVs in each bedroom and a large flat screen in the living area. The downstairs living room has a queen size pullout sofa that can be used for extra sleeping. The kids' rooms have two bunk beds and a flat-screen TV for movies and games. The private walkway that leads to the secluded, only-used-by-neighboring homeowners beach is just a few steps away. You must see this house in person to understand what they mean.
