Property Description

"Lucky Pelican", a four bedroom golf course home, overlooks hole number 10. This beach house has been completely renovated with many upgrades!

You will find 3 bedrooms on the lower level. The first bedroom is a master queen with a private bathroom. The other two bedrooms have a shared bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom is a spacious bunk bedroom with 2 twins, a double and a large double bed. The main living area is located upstairs and boasts a stylish kitchen with a well-stocked inventory (including an air fryer & ice cream maker! The main living area is upstairs, with a stylish kitchen (including an ice cream maker & air fryer! ), a dining room, and a view of the golf courses. A cozy screen porch is located just outside the main living space. It's one of our favorite features! It is the best to sip a cup of joe while watching the BHI wildlife walk by your backyard. A large sundeck is located above the screened-in porch, so you can enjoy the sun while enjoying the views. The main level also has a king-size master suite with a double sink vanity and oversized walk-in shower.

Dinner plans? Enjoy a dinner cooked on the grill in your backyard or go to the clubs for dinner, tennis, golf, or pool. Memberships to the Shoals Club and the BHI Club, with golf access, are available separately. We have two 4-pass golf carts for you to use as you stroll around the island. We are happy to have you as a guest and we hope you will make as many wonderful memories as we did!

We cannot guarantee that the ice maker or water dispenser will be operational in the rental.
