The condo was nice. A few suggestions I have are the following:
The king bed was uncomfortable. I woke up with a backache every morning. Also, there were no blankets. Just a very thin bedspread. It's not that I like it cold, but I like something to cover up with other than a thin sheet. The floor in the condo was sandy and not very clean, according to the dirt on our socks. Just a suggestion but it would have been nice to have a coffee table in front of the sofa. Also, I suggest they get some rugs for the kitchen and the bathrooms. If to catch some of the sand and water. Something easily washed after each stay. This would be helpful to the guest.

Our condo was awesome. It was so clean and comfortable. The cleaning staff had done a great job and it was ready for us right on time. Our only problem was we could not enjoy our balcony because the neighbors played really loud music and smoked.

We had a wonderful experience with Brooks and Shorey with this rental. We have stayed at Gulf Dunes before using another company, but we were very happy to have used Brooks & Shorey for this stay. Helped us with wifi connection issues as soon as we got there! They were very quick to respond. Perfect view! Clean unit! We will be back!

We had a wonderful time during our stay at the Gulf Dunes. The grounds where beautiful and the condi was very clean. The staff that we saw occassionally where very friendly. We where close to restaurants, shopping and activities.
I would highly recommend staying st a Brooks and Shorey facility. The process was very easy.

This was our second time renting through Brooks and Shorey and first time in Gulf Dunes 307. Everything was clean and in working order! Plenty of towels, kitchen items and comfy sleeping arrangements. Balcony furniture also a plus! We will rent this unit again!

Location is great. Beach access very convenient and the parking beside it is a plus. Loved the unit. Though one of the bathroom vents needs cleaning and pillowcase for the additional pillows would be appreciated.

3rd stay in this unit in last 5 years. Nice spruce up. Still needs a screen door. Perfect height to see beach and gulf and still use stairs without huffing and puffing lol.Weather was 75ish and breezzy as always. New tv, washer/dryer, and floor was also a nice touch. Thumbs up on our stay!

Nice, clean unit with great views and convenient, covered parking. Included beach setup was nice, and other "perks" via the mobile app were a nice bonus. Our reservation was a last minute booking due to the mandatory hurricane evacuation requirement from Orange Beach where we originally planned to stay. The booking process was very easy, and the representative who assisted me couldn't have been more helpful. No complaints, and we would be happy to return for another trip!
