We loved the condo and location. Enjoyed the balcony, it’s very relaxing. Be prepared to go to the store since there are no amenities, soap, laundry and dish washer soap, spices, etc.

Our stay was great, only thing that would have me consider a different location was the lack of amenities (workout room, hot tub act) and the size/location of the pool. but overall very satisfied

I had a wonderful experience with this rental. The view can’t be beat. Close to restaurants and shopping. A short drive to Destin. The condo was immaculate, and well equipped for cooking. I’ll definitely return.

We had a great mini vacation. The unit was clean. The view was awesome. We didn't have any issues while we were there. We didn't really stay in the unit much as our goal was to be beachside as much as possible, and that's what we did.

The condo was very clean and comfortable with up to date furnishings. Pleasant environment. Liked the fact that the entire complex was small with few condo units. Of course, the view from the balcony was fabulous. Loved the beach umbrella and chairs as an amenity. Also, had enough supplies - towels, tissue, etc.

Pool a disappointment - too small in parking lot. No shade in pool area. Elevator would have needed cleaning.

My only other complaint were the added expenses - owner fee, service, fee, taxes, cleaning fees. Some were understandable others were not.

Even though I have some complaints, I would rent this condo again.

May do so in the fall.
