We enjoyed the location of this condo. It’s a smaller condo, so the beach was not crowded. The chairs and umbrella already set up for us was a wonderful addition. We loved the bed set up. It was nice to be able to have a smaller condo for a weekend stay but still have a bed for each kid. It was clean other than the bunk beds had a good bit of sand in them. The sheets were for sure fresh, so we think it may have been trapped in the top blankets. The condo itself is in need of some repairs. There were a few spots on the ceiling that were coming off and several spots on the walls that were damaged. There was also a chair with a leg bent so we were scared to us that chair. Overall the condo worked for what we needed, but we did feel like we overpaid for what we got.

The view and location was fantastic. However, the mattress needs to be replaced in the bedroom, the bathroom could use a paint job or a serious cleaning of the walls above and around the shower and the furniture in the living room and dining room are showing some wear. One of the chairs at the table has a leg that is unstable.

The condo was nice, however the only dresser with drawers was broken. The drawers fell out when opened.
The best thing about the condo besides an Awesome View is the great water pressure in the shower!

Great location on the beach. Even provided chairs and a big umbrella free of charge. Condo was clean and well furnished. Only 2 negatives; ice maker didn't work and no wash clothes in bathroom. Otherwise, very nice!.

Relaxing Excape 2021-08-26

The rental was a nice size unit for two adults. The couches/chairs were not very comfortable and there were a few cosmetic errors on the ceilings and walls (paint chipping/bulging). There were some leftover water bottles left under the bed and food in cracks of the couches, but all in all, it was a pretty clean unit. I know they don't have control over other units, but the walls are pretty thin so we could hear nextdoor neighbors. Also, other guests were smoking marijuana so that was off-putting to smell on the patio. But, the umbrellas on the beach were a wonderful addition and the beach itself was beautiful! A heads up though--this unit is not in walking distances of any restaurants (closest is 30 minutes away) so plan to get a rental car or uber.

The Condo was nice and clean. The area was very crowded. The condo was like the pictures, however I would never stay there again. These condo's are so poorly built every time the people above us would get up to walk or run in some cases it sounded like they were in our condo. Also the Pot Smoking was a turn off.

We had a great week in Ft Walton staying at ETW 4003. It was perfect for my husband and I. Lots of room, very clean, and great amenities. We will be back! We had a wonderful time at the Condo. It was very clean and we loved the view! We enjoyed the bar size patio furniture too. It was a great place to sit and eat breakfast and look at the gorgeous view! The condo is in a great location and off the main strip away from all the traffic. It has an ocean view and it was amazing. The condo is well stocked with all the necessary items for cooking and washing your clothes. We enjoyed our stay greatly and will definitely love to stay again in the future!

This condo is so nice, you can't go wrong. Everything was so clean and nice. Towels and extras were in abundance. The view is AMAZING! We found the bed to be very comfortable to our liking with plenty of pillows and blankets to spare. I can't recommend this condo enough. Would love to return some day! Brooks and Shorey Resorts management team was great. They helped me out with a package delivery of my meds that I left at another location and they were very helpful. Any time I spoke on the phone with them they were very nice. Thanks again to the owners of this lovely condo for sharing!

The condo was very clean and well appointed. Everything we could need, in terms of kitchen supplies was there! It appeared as if the kitchen appliances were brand new. All of the furniture was very comfortable, the mattress in the bedroom was also comfortable. The view of the Gulf is incredible as the building sits on the beach. I liked that the pool area was in back of the building so there was nothing to restrict or distract from the view of the surf. We looked at booking again for next year, but unfortunately, it appears it is already booked for the dates we looked at. I would definitely recommend to others. Only one slight issue, the cleaning crew evidently forgot to leave washcloths! There was only One in the unit so I just bought a cheap bundle of washcloths at WalMart. It was no big deal, just a funny oversight!
