Property Description

"5 Seas", a spacious 5-bedroom/4.5-bathroom home, is located in Creek Estates at Bald Head Island. This beautiful home has a detached crofter and hot tub, plus we welcome your pets! The main floor features a queen master bedroom with a bath in the hall. The second bedroom (queen bed), and the third bedroom (bunk beds & single beds & pull-out twin sofa) share one bath. Enjoy the feeling of living on the tops of the live oaks. The reversed floor plan is perfect for entertaining family members. We have a spacious, well-stocked kitchen with plenty of comfortable seating to accommodate the entire family. The king master bedroom is located upstairs, along with a bathroom. The detached, private crofter features a king-sized bed, a bath, and a sitting area. Porches are one of the most popular features in our home! We have a large porch with a grilling area and a hot tub. We have a four-passenger golf cart and a six-passenger golf cart for you to get around the island. We are located about 2 minutes away from the nearest beach and a minute away from Maritime Way. Maritime Way has a grocery store, spa and island shopping. We also offer a BHI Club membership (no access to golf) as a separate purchase.
