The sunlit King not only tenders its own bath but also gives egress to the home’s huge back sundeck. Relax here swaying in the hammock or just linger relishing the sound of waves seeking the shore. This floor’s second suite is a handicapped-friendly Queen with a private wheelchair-accessible entrance and ensuite. The laundry and indoor garage access are also available on this level.
