The elegant and newly updated kitchen has spacious, bright cabinets, a beautiful backsplash, and flooring with a full-size dining area. Perfect for cooking, the fully equipped kitchen has all the cooking essentials with upgraded amenities, including a Keurig, ninja, microwave, garbage disposal, and dishwasher. The first-floor main bathroom has a shower/tub combo, spacious double vanity, convenient outlets, storage cabinet, and multiple lighting options. The cozy downstairs bedroom has ample closet space and a plush queen-sized bed. The stackable Miele washer/dryer and additional half bath are conveniently located by the back door, so you can keep your beach clothes fresh and clean. On the second floor of the home are two additional bedrooms. When not enjoying Pine Point Beach, you can relax on the deck or picnic table and savor the ocean air or grill up some burgers on the available outdoor grill. Parking space can hold up to 3 vehicles.
