bunk room. The private backyard is a lush, tropical paradise, completely fenced and meticulously<br />
landscaped. Relax in luxury with a private heated pool, complete with a relaxing spa, sun shelf and swim<br />
up table. Your ultimate getaway is perfectly poised just two blocks to the sugar sand beaches of the<br />
Gulf with just a short 4 minute walk to Holmes Beach. We provide everything you need for a day by the<br />
sea, including beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, towels and toys. Enjoy our game area featuring Foosball<br />
and a Basketball Arcade - plus tons of games, pool toys, TV and Wi-Fi. We are dog friendly so bring your<br />
entire family and fido too! Your perfect island getaway awaits at Emerald Bay Beach House!<br />
While most of our properties rent only from Saturday to Saturday, exceptions can be made. Please reach out to us&nbsp;prior to booking&nbsp;if you would like to arrive or depart on alternate dates, or stay for fewer than 7 nights. We would love to host you!<br />

Extended stays &amp; bookings $25,000+ &rarr; Full payment 90 days prior, non-refundable<br />
You may cancel your reservation within 24 hours of booking for a full refund, no questions asked. This grace period does not apply to reservations made within 60 days of arrival &mdash; these bookings are non-refundable from the time of booking.<br />
