This large single-family home located in Holmes Beach on Anna Maria Island is the perfect spot to spend your next beach vacation.&nbsp; With 2 king bedrooms and a large 3rd bedroom with a queen bed and a single bunk bed, there is plenty of space for everyone.&nbsp; This home has just been completely repainted and updated with new furniture, lighting, and decor.&nbsp; &nbsp;There is something for everyone with t.v&#39;s in each bedroom, a large pool, and spa that gets all day sun,&nbsp; &nbsp;inside and screen in porch eating areas, washer and drier,&nbsp; ping pong table, bikes, and beach gear all you have to do is arrive and make magical memories.&nbsp; With almost 2200 sq feet of living space, the open concept first floor allows everyone to be together without feeling crowded.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />
This keyless entry home allows easy access and no need to worry about late arrivals or early departures as there is no need to stop by an office and pick up or drop off the keys.&nbsp; Never worry if part of your group isn&#39;t back from the beach before you head out on a bike ride they will always be able to get back into the property without an issue.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />

Take the free trolley to Bean Point, or down to historic Bridge Street. Eat at restaurants like Beach Bistro, Chateau Anna Maria, grab burger&#39;s at Skinny&#39;s, or watch the sunset at the Sandbar. Go parasailing, take a sunset cruise or paddleboard on the crystal clear blue waters in the Gulf of Mexico.&nbsp;

Guests are allowed up to 2 dogs provided they are housebroken and must be friendly with other dogs and people.&nbsp;Pet must be disclosed up front at the time of inquiring/booking. A one-time non-refundable fee of $150&nbsp; will be due at the time of booking&nbsp;to accommodate for extra cleaning/pet sanitation. Should we receive complaints from neighbors of barking/disruption we reserve the right to ask you to remove the pet immediately. Undeclared pets will be charged $500 and you will be required to vacate the property. By booking this property you are agreeing to the terms and fees associated with bringing an approved pet. We closely monitor all properties.<br />
