With just a short stroll to the beach, it features a wood burning fire place, custom closets, gourmet kitchen with a custom free standing island and farm sink, laundry room, 1 car garage and more. Relax in the fenced in area under the covered patio, along with a fire pit heated pool and spa. 1,492 square feet of space. Take the trolley to Bean Point, or historic Bridge St. Have a bite at Chateau Anna Maria, or the Beach Bistro or grab a burger and enjoy the game at Skinny's. Go paddle boarding or kayaking in the crystal clear blue waters in the Gulf Of Mexico.<br />

NO CANCELATION FEES Cancellation Policy (Effective for reservations made on or after August 13, 2025) Cancel 30+ days before arrival → Full refund (no fees). Cancel within 30 days of arrival → No refund. Cancellations must be made in writing and received by Beach Retreats on or before the 30-day deadline. 20% deposit due at booking. Final payment due 30 days before arrival; once paid, it’s non-refundable. Extended stays (over 2 weeks) or bookings over $20,000 → Full payment due 45 days before arrival; once paid, it’s non-refundable. Third-party travel insurance purchased through Beach Retreats is non-refundable.<br />
If the Guest needs to shorten their stay or change to a different property, it must be done outside of the 30-day cancellation period, or normal cancellation rules apply. No changes are permitted during the stay. <br />

This home features Silicon Travel. With Silicon Travel's firewall place in place, you can prevent internet access to any malicious activity in a Vacation rental home. Any guest device (WebCam, Baby Monitor, etc) can be added for a set time and will be removed automatically upon departure.
