The highlight of this ground-level, single-family home is the big backyard and sparkling heated pool with inlaid dolphin tiles that give the house its charming name.

A comfortably furnished family room and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a split bedroom plan make for easy living - perfect for a couple or family. Everyone will enjoy the 55" flat-panel TV in the living area, and the 32' flat-panel TVs in the bedrooms...when they're not out by the pool enjoying the lovely Florida weather!

While staying at this lovely home, you are only a few miles from some of the most beautiful beaches in the world on Anna Maria Island, as well as adorable shops and great restaurants. There is an abundance of activities from Horse Surfing to Flyboarding, and the lush tropical trails and preserves will delight all members of the family. Rent Jet skis or kayaks on the causeway and make the bay your playground.

A NOTE ABOUT POOL HEAT: If you book online, your reservation will automatically populate with a pool heat charge for one week. If your reservation is for a longer period, someone on our staff will adjust the pool heat rate to reflect the longer stay. We recommend pool heat at this property, regardless of the time of year, as pools near shady trees stay cooler, even in the summer.

*PET OWNERS: This property is dog friendly for one dog with a maximum weight of 25 pounds and a non-refundable pet fee of $150 for the first week. There is a $50 fee per week for any additional weeks booked. Also, certain breeds are excluded. It is necessary that you check with our office prior to your trip for details on weight and breed limitations.
