Nestled in the quiet and charming Village Green neighborhood of West Bradenton, TheTranquila House, sits on a spacious, private lot—ideal for families seeking comfort and tranquility. The thoughtfully designed split floor plan provides added privacy, with the primary suite on one side of the home and two additional bedrooms on the other. One guest room features a king bed, while the other includes two twin beds, making it perfect for kids or additional guests. Both king bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs, while the living room invites everyone to gather for movie nights. A separate family room offers a cozy space for reading or conversation, along with a game table ready for friendly competition.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals with ease, including a crock pot, hand mixer, and a wide array of cookware. Enjoy your meals in the dining room or take them outdoors for al fresco dining by the pool.

PET OWNERS: This property is dog friendly for one dog with a maximum weight of 25 pounds and a non-refundable pet fee of $150 for the first week. There is a $50 fee per week for each additional week booked. Also, certain breeds are excluded. It is necessary that you check with our office prior to your trip for details on weight and breed limitations.

A NOTE ABOUT POOL HEAT: Pool heat is optional. If you would like the pool heated during your stay it will be an additional $150 per week. We recommend pool heat at this property, regardless of the time of year.
