The thoughtfully designed split-floor plan provides added privacy, with the primary suite located on one side of the home and two guest bedrooms on the other. One guest room features a king-size bed, while the second offers two twin beds—perfect for children or additional guests. Both king bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs, and the inviting living room provides a comfortable gathering space for movie nights and entertainment. A separate family room offers a cozy spot for reading, conversation, or enjoying a friendly game at the game table.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals with ease, including a crockpot, hand mixer, and an extensive selection of cookware and kitchen essentials. Enjoy meals indoors in the dining area or dine al fresco poolside under the Florida sunshine.

Pet Policy

This property welcomes one dog weighing up to 25 pounds. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 applies for the first week of your stay, with an additional fee of $50 per week for each additional week booked. Certain breed restrictions apply. Please contact our office prior to booking to confirm eligibility and review all pet policies.

A NOTE ABOUT POOL HEAT: Pool heat is optional. If you would like the pool heated during your stay it will be an additional $150 per week. We recommend pool heat at this property, regardless of the time of year.

Our Cancellation Policy: In order to protect our owners from loss of income, ALL MONIES PAID TOWARDS YOUR RESERVATION MAY BE NON-REFUNDABLE AFTER A CERTAIN DATE! FULL AND PARTIAL REFUNDS MAY BE GIVEN UNDER CERTAIN CONDITIONS. Ask our office for details, or check your rental agreement.
