The comfortable seating area features a large Smart TV, while the recently updated kitchen boasts granite countertops, a breakfast bar, and everything needed to prepare meals with ease. A spacious dining area and dedicated laundry room add to the home's convenience.

Step outside to your private backyard oasis. The screened-in heated pool provides plenty of space for swimming and lounging, while the outdoor dining area and gas grill make al fresco meals a vacation favorite. As evening falls, enjoy the warm Florida air beneath charming string lights that create a magical atmosphere around the pool.

Beyond the patio, a peaceful waterway adds to the tranquil setting. While it does not provide access to open water, it's a fun spot for children to fish from the shoreline. Guests may also enjoy exploring the winding canal by paddleboard, with a convenient shell launch area leading to the water's edge.

AGAIN, PLEASE NOTE: While this is a waterfront home, the waterway is not accessible for boats, nor does it connect to open water. Casual fishing may be enjoyed from the bank.

ALSO, PLEASE NOTE that the garage is currently unavailable for guest use.

A NOTE ABOUT POOL HEAT: If you book online, your reservation will automatically populate with a pool heat charge for one week. If your reservation is for a longer period, someone on our staff will adjust the pool heat rate to reflect the longer stay. We recommend pool heat at this property, regardless of the time of year, as pools near shady trees stay cooler, even in the summer.
