It has many upgrades and renovations from top to bottom including bamboo hardwood flooring, granite countertops, an elevated swimming pool, and a master bath jacuzzi that make it the perfect home for you and your family to enjoy here at Oak Island. The elevator allows for access and ease of moving from floor to floor. There is a sunroom with comfortable seating overlooking the waterway. It is next to the kitchen and dining for an easy flow of conversation and time together.
