Enclosed outdoor shower w with hot/cold water, covered porch with rockers on front with beautiful views of the ocean. Large open deck on the back with a charcoal grill. Single-car garage below. Non-Smoking. Pet Friendly (bring Spot or Fluffy along, but sorry, no cats). Added a new bath and dining room (400 sq. ft.)!
