Heritage Lodge at Eagles Nest is a newly built 3-bedroom mountain home in the Farms of Eagles Nest, set on 10 acres of mountainside in Eagles Nest, North Carolina. Heritage Lodge at Eagles Nest is a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath mountain rental that sleeps up to 8. Located in the Farms of Eagles Nest on 10 acres of mountainside, the home is newly built and designed around a central great-room layout. The living room offers seating for the group along with a gas log fireplace and a 75-inch TV.

The kitchen is set up for full meal preparation with a large island and bar seating for four, a gas range, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Coffee options include both a Keurig and a standard coffee pot. The dining room sits just off the kitchen and living area. A mud room and laundry area are positioned off the kitchen for day-to-day convenience.

Sleeping is arranged with a king ensuite bedroom on the main level, plus two upstairs bedrooms that share a full bath. One upstairs room includes a queen bed, a 50-inch TV, and a couch. The other has two full beds, a TV, an electric fireplace, and a desk. The upstairs shared bath features a large tiled shower and granite counters.

Outdoor space includes a large back deck with multiple seating areas and a covered section; outdoor furniture is removed during winter months due to high winds. During your stay, you have access to many Eagles Nest community amenities such as hiking and biking trails, a playground, sports courts (basketball and pickleball), a dog park, mini-golf, and seasonal features like the ropes course and climbing tower. Guests should note that some areas are restricted to members only, private ATVs are not permitted, and construction noise may be present in the community (7am–7pm, Monday–Saturday). For winter travel (November–March), AWD/4WD is required and chains may be necessary. One exterior security camera is mounted above the front door facing the road. Up to two mature, well-trained dogs (25 pounds or less) are allowed with an additional nightly pet rent.

The living room has seating for everyone while you enjoy the gas log fireplace or enjoy the 75" TV. The kitchen boasts a large island with bar seating for four guests. The gas range, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances will make dinner preparation a pleasure. There is a Keurig and a standard coffee pot. The dining room is just off of the kitchen and living area. The King ensuite bedroom is on the main level with its own 75" TV and Sonos surround sound for the serious cinephile. A half bath, mud room, and laundry are off of the kitchen for convenience.

Upstairs are two bedrooms and a shared full bath. One room has a queen bed with a 50" TV and couch. The other bedroom has two full beds with a TV, electric fireplace for ambiance, and a desk. The shared bath has a large tiled shower and granite counters.

Outside on the main level is a large back deck. There are multiple seating areas, include a covered area with spectacular views of our mountain sunrises. Set your alarm; you won't want to miss it! Please note that in winter months, the outdoor furniture is removed due to the high winds.

Guests do not have access to the locked-off portion of the Sportsman’s Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.

Guests returning to Heritage Lodge may receive a 5% discount, not to be combined with other discounts to the rent.

Additional Important Notes:
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there is an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.
- All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious amenities.
- There is one Security Camera in place outside of the home, mounted above the front door looking at the road. There are no cameras pointed into the home.
- Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
- Please be advised that private ATVs are not permitted in the community and will be denied entry at the gates.
- Guests returning to Heritage Lodge may receive a 5% discount, not to be combined with other discounts to the rent.
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.

- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided.
- Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
