First floor offers an open floor plan with superb gourmet kitchen, stainless steel Viking appliances, Keurig, eat in area and a living room with two-story stone gas-log fireplace and Roku TV, including the DirecTV Entertainment package on all TVs. The bedroom suite on the main level offers king size bed with French doors to the wrap around deck and private Roku TV. The attached, private bath features walk-in tile shower and wave therapy tub.
On the second floor is a queen bedroom with private Roku TV and a loft with two twin beds. They share a full bath with a tub and a shower. All guests must stop by the guard house to receive your vehicle pass, directions to the house and a temporary code for the gate entry, and other information. The Guardhouse hours are 7am to 7pm Monday through Saturday and 9am to 5pm on Sundays. We encourage tenants to arrive during guard hours so they can help answer any questions. If you are unable to arrive during guard hours, you can call security and they will provide instructions on how to enter. Their phone number will be provided with arrival information 48-hours before check in.

CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled with a 15+ day notice will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 8-14 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of their reservation payments. Bookings canceled within 7 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
