<strong>Additional Note:</strong><br />
- Red Fox Run is pet friendly, allowing up to two mature and well trained dogs with an additional rent of $25/pet per night.<br />
- Please note that the closet in the primary suite is locked and not available as part of your rental.&nbsp;<br />
- The community of Elk Run is in a period of growth, and neighboring lots are currently being developed.&nbsp; Construction noises may be heard between 7am-7pm.&nbsp;<br />
- Guests returning to this home may receive a discount of 5% to the room rent, not to be combined with other discounts to the rent.<br />
- 4WD/AWD or chains may be required to access the home in times of snow or ice. Please plan accordingly.<br />
- Firewood&nbsp; may be added at the time of booking or by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You receive two wrapped bundles and a fire starter for $25/night.<br />

CANCELLATION POLICY:<br />
Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.<br />
Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit.<br />
Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.<br />
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee<br />
