Property Description

Homestead Lodge was Custom Built in 2008 and Expertly Designed with no expense spared.  Over 7000 square-foot Timber Framed home with rustic metal roof, custom stonework, bark accents, and board & batten siding exterior offering extensive decks with custom branch railings.  The interior features commissioned wrought iron and copper work throughout, 450 year-old reclaimed hardwood floors and interior accent walls, and vaulted tongue & groove ceilings.  Although dotted with mature hardwood trees, the 180-degree long-range views of Grandfather, Sugar, and Yellow Mountains are breathtaking!

The front door sits inside of a covered stone stoop with a chandelier overhead.  Enter under yet another custom chandelier into the Great Room with a Baby Grand Piano, 30-foot-plus vaulted ceilings, Pecky Cypress walls, a wall of windows looking out over the mountaintop views, comfortable leather conversational sofas and relaxing armchairs situated with the oversized stone gas log fireplace and 75" HD Smart TV.

There are two Queen over Queen bunk rooms on first floor - each of which can sleep up to 4 guests.  Each bunk room has a half bathroom with a sink and toilet, and each bunk room's half bathroom share a Jack and Jill tub and shower.

At the top of the stairway from the Great Room is the open Loft with more comfortable seating situated in front of glass doors which open out onto a Juliette deck, offering a high vantage point to experience the mountain views.
Off of the Loft are two King Suites, each with an attached private full bathroom, 43 inch HD Smart TV, and one of the two Suites has a comfortable overstuffed sofa, while the second Suite has a settee and a desk.  Both Suites feature vaulted tongue & groove ceilings which further exemplify the extent of the quality and luxury which Homestead exudes.

The 55 inch HD Smart TV is mounted so that it can be enjoyed from the bed or the leather sofa.  The Full Bathroom offers a Tub and Shower.
