A laundry room sits near the mud entrance for post-outdoor cleanup. This level also includes a king suite with a private full bath.

Upstairs, two ensuite bedrooms provide additional separation: a king suite with a spa-style bath that includes a soaking tub and double vanities, and a queen suite with its own attached bath and double vanities. The lower level adds two more bedrooms with flexible bed setups, including a room with two full beds and another larger room with two queen beds plus two twin beds. The lower level also includes a game room with TV seating, a second gas fireplace, a pool table, foosball, a wet bar, and a table for six.

Outdoor areas include a main deck with a woodburning fireplace and seating, plus a lower patio with a ping pong table and access to an outdoor firepit. Guests also have access to many Eagles Nest community amenities, including Great Camp features, sports courts, trails, and the onsite winery (day passes available). Important notes: this home is not pet friendly; 4WD is required in winter months; guests may hear construction noise in the community and on nearby lots; and there is an exterior security camera and doorbell camera at the main entrance.

Guest do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman’s Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.
Additional Notes:
- Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night.
- This home is not pet friendly. Please do not bring pets to this home.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there is an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
- 4WD required for winter months.
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's and will be turned away at the gate.
- All linens and towels provided.
- All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious amenities
- There is one exterior security camera, a doorbell cam at the main entrance. There are no other cameras on the premises.
- Please note that the community of Eagles Nest has construction going on. Due to how sound travels, during weekdays you may hear heavy vehicles traveling on the development's roads, including at the neighboring lots.
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
- Guests returning to Almost Heaven at Eagles Nest may receive a discount of 5% to the room rent, not to be combined with other discounts.
CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled with a 15+ day notice will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 8-14 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of their reservation payments. Bookings canceled within 7 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Refund Policy

The refund policy for reservations at Eagles Nest offers a 100% refund if canceled at least 14 days before the scheduled stay, and a 50% refund if canceled at least 7 days before the stay.
