Welcome to The JEM Mine at Eagles Nest! This beautiful home was named after the most valuable jewels in the owner&#39;s family: their children whose initials are J, E, and M!<br />

Perched in the Eagle Springs area of the neighborhood, midway up the mountain and just minutes from Banner Elk, this stunning home offers breathtaking mountain views, premium amenities, and direct access to the unparalleled outdoor lifestyle that makes Eagles Nest a premier destination year-round.<br />

Step inside and discover soaring vaulted ceilings, a grand stone floor-to-ceiling gas log fireplace, and expansive windows that flood the open-concept living space with natural light. The gourmet kitchen is a chef&rsquo;s dream and comes complete with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, a large island for entertaining, and custom cabinetry throughout. Each of the five bedrooms is a private retreat, featuring plush bedding and luxurious linens and their own bathroom. The main-level master suite boasts a king bed, TV, deck access, and a spa-like bath with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and in-floor heating. Upstairs you&rsquo;ll find two more plush suites, each with a Queen bed and an XL-length Twin bed, TV, and private bath. Downstairs is another King ensuite and a fifth bedroom with two sets of built in twin-over-twin bunk beds. Guests enjoying the bunk room have their own bathroom with shower just down the hall, too.<br />

Please note all visitors on premise at winery must be 16 years or older.&nbsp; This is strictly enforced.&nbsp;<br />

Guest do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman&rsquo;s Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine &amp; Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.<br />
<br />
&nbsp;Additional Notes:<br />
- This property is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets to this home or requesting an exception to this rule.<br />
- The North Pavilion&nbsp;is host to several summer parties including a Fourth of July celebration and concerts which guests are more than welcome to attend however, in the event there is a wedding or other private party, guests are not allowed in or near the Sportsmans Lodge.<br />
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains will be necessary to access this home in winter months. The driveway is steep with gravel for traction.<br />
- All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.<br />
-&nbsp;Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.<br />
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV&#39;s. For information about ATV rentals please visit: offroadadventuresnc (dot) com<br />
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)<br />
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.<br />
- All linens and towels provided for your stay.<br />
- All Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.<br />
- The front and back doors have a Ring-style security camera. No cameras monitor the interior, hot tub, firepit, or decks.<br />
- Guests returning to The JEM Mine may receive a discount of 5% to the room rent, not to be combined with other discounts to the rent.<br />
- Firewood for the outdoor firepit may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week&#39;s notice. You&#39;ll receive two bundles of firewood for $25/night plus tax.<br />
<br />
CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
