Enter into the spacious living room with comfortable seating around a gas log fireplace with large TV.  An open floor plan leads to the dining area and kitchen outfitted for any chef, complete with grained counters, stainless steel appliances including a 6-burner gas range, custom cabinets, a Keurig coffeemaker, and a beverage bar with wine cooler next to the kitchen.

The King Suite is off the living room. It features a TV and ensuite bath with a luxurious tiled shower, separate soaking tub, and double granite vanities.   Upstairs are two bedrooms each with a TV. One room has a Queen bed and the other has a Queen & built-in set of twin/twin bunks, and between these two bedrooms is a full bath with a tub/shower. The fourth sleeping area is in the basement with two sets of built in twin bunk beds, and a full custom bath with sink and tub/shower is off the hallway nearby. All four bedrooms have their own TVs.

Downstairs is a movie and game room with large sectional, a huge TV, pool table, foosball table, ping pong table for fun and entertainment.

Enjoy the large outdoor space by watching TV from the hot tub, relaxing on the sofa by the fireplace, or preparing meals on the gas grill.  Plenty of outdoor seating, including a backyard fire pit, to love the stunning Blue Ridge Mountains year-round! Bring your electric vehicle and power up overnight with the Level 2 charger. 

Located in the Vineyard Reserve section of Eagles Nest, this home provides a private setting for enjoying nature and is located near the North Pavilion and Winery, just a short walk down the street!

Please note all visitors on premise at winery must be 16 years or older.  This is strictly enforced. 

Guest do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman’s Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.

Additional Notes:
- OFF-PEAK SPECIAL: Stay longer than the minimum number of nights and automatically receive a 5-10% Discount - Excluding Holidays
- This home allows up to two dogs for an additional rent of $50 per night per pet plus taxes. Mature, well-trained dogs, only.
- Firewood for the fire pit may be added at the time of booking under "Additional Fees" after entering payment info or by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a Firestarter for $25/night.
- Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months. 
- All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.
- Guests are responsible for supplying all their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however, there may be an admission fee. Cash bar for food and drinks. 
- All linens and towels provided for your stay.
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's. For information about ATV rentals please visit: offroadadventuresnc.com.
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
- The TV services at this home are streaming-only.
- This homeowner has installed exterior security cameras to ensure their home remains safe. No cameras are on the back deck, hot tub area, or interior of the home. 
- Returning guests of this home may receive a 10% discount, not to be stacked with other discounts.
