Wine Down was professionally furnished &amp; decorated with guests&#39; maximum comfort and enjoyment in mind.&nbsp;&nbsp;Step into the living room with massive cathedral ceilings, where plush seating surrounds a cozy gas log stone fireplace paired with a large smart TV. An open floor plan seamlessly transitions to the dining area and kitchen, expertly designed for culinary enthusiasts. The kitchen boasts quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, including a 6-burner gas range, custom cabinets, a Keurig coffeemaker, and a convenient beverage bar with a wine fridge nearby.&nbsp;<br />

The King Suite is off the main living room. It features a smart TV and ensuite bath with a luxurious tiled shower, separate soaking tub, and double quartz vanities. &nbsp;&nbsp;Upstairs are two bedrooms each with a smart TV. One room has a Queen bed and the other has a Queen &amp; a set of twin/twin bunks, and between these two bedrooms is a full bath with a tub/shower.&nbsp;&nbsp;The fourth sleeping area is a bunk room in the lower level with two sets of twin bunk beds, smart tv, and a full custom bath with sink and shower off the hallway nearby.&nbsp;<br />

In the second-floor loft, immerse yourself in a billiards dream with a pool table, foosball table, bar table seating, and a large smart TV. Slide open the barn doors to reveal the great room below and admire the breathtaking mountain view through the expansive windows.<br />

Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.<br />
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.&nbsp;<br />
-&nbsp;All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.<br />
- Guests are responsible for supplying all their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)<br />
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however, there may be an admission fee. Cash bar for food and drinks.&nbsp;<br />
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a &quot;starter set&quot; of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided.&nbsp;<br />
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV&#39;s. For information about ATV rentals please visit: offroadadventuresnc.com.<br />
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.<br />
- The TV services at this home are streaming-only.<br />
- This homeowner has installed exterior security cameras to ensure their home remains safe. No cameras are on the back deck, hot tub area, or interior of the home.&nbsp;<br />
- Returning guests of this home may receive a 10% discount, not to be stacked with other discounts.<br />

CANCELLATION POLICY -<br />
Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.<br />
Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of he deposit.<br />
Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.<br />
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.</span></span></span></span></p>
