The spacious great room features a cozy gas fireplace, a large TV, and a U-shaped sectional ideal for gathering with family and friends. The dining area comfortably seats ten at the table, while the oversized kitchen island&mdash;with seating for three&mdash;doubles as a perfect space for meal prep and casual conversation.<br />

On the main level, you&#39;ll find a stunning king ensuite designed for relaxation, complete with a TV, ceiling fan, and direct access to the deck. The spa-like bathroom features a soaking tub, a tiled shower, double granite vanities, and indulgent heated floors. Upstairs, there are two additional king ensuites&mdash;one with a tiled shower and the other with a tiled tub/shower combination&mdash;each offering comfort and privacy. A spacious hallway leading to one wing includes charming built-in twin beds, perfect for extra guests or little adventurers.<br />

The lower level expands the living space with a cozy second den, complete with a gas fireplace, large sofa, and flatscreen TV. An air hockey table adds a fun, competitive touch, while the nearby wet bar ensures refreshments are always within reach. A full bathroom on this level adds convenience, and the custom bunkroom&mdash;featuring two queen-over-queen built-in beds&mdash;serves as a fun and comfortable retreat. This room includes a private TV and an attached bathroom with a tiled shower and granite countertops.<br />

Please note all visitors on premise at winery must be 16 years or older.&nbsp; This is strictly enforced.&nbsp;<br />

Guest do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman&rsquo;s Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine &amp; Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.<br />

&nbsp;Additional Notes:<br />
- This property is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets to this home.<br />
- The North Pavilion&nbsp;is host to several summer parties including a Fourth of July celebration and concerts which guests are more than welcome to attend however, in the event there is a wedding or other private party, guests are not allowed in or near the Sportsmans Lodge.<br />
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains will be necessary to access this home in winter months. The driveway is steep with gravel for traction.<br />
- All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.<br />
-&nbsp;Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.<br />
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV&#39;s. For information about ATV rentals please visit: offroadadventuresnc<br />
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)<br />
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.<br />
- All linens and towels provided for your stay.<br />
- All Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.<br />
- The front door has a Ring-style security camera. No cameras monitor the interior or decks.<br />
- Guests returning to Viking View may receive a discount of 5% to the room rent, not to be combined with other discounts to the rent.<br />
- Firewood for the outdoor firepit may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week&#39;s notice. You&#39;ll receive two bundles of firewood for $25/night plus tax.<br />
<br />
CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
