- This property is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets to this home.<br />
- The North Pavilion&nbsp;is host to several summer parties including a Fourth of July celebration and concerts which guests are more than welcome to attend however, in the event there is a wedding or other private party, guests are not allowed in or near the Sportsman&#39;s Lodge.<br />
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains will be necessary to access this home in winter months. The driveway is steep with gravel for traction.<br />
- All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.<br />
-&nbsp;Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.<br />

- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.<br />
- All linens and towels provided for your stay.<br />
- All Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.<br />
- The front door has a Ring-style security camera. No cameras monitor the interior or decks.<br />
- Guests returning to Viking View may receive a discount of 5% to the room rent, not to be combined with other discounts to the rent.<br />
- Firewood for the outdoor firepit may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week&#39;s notice. You&#39;ll receive two bundles of firewood for $25/night plus tax.<br />
<br />
CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
