Welcome to My Happy Place at Eagles Nest!<br />

This stunning home in the lower Village offers expansive mountain views while being less than 10 minutes from downtown Banner Elk.<br />
<br />
Once inside, the panoramic views are the backdrop of the kitchen and living spaces. Granite counters and a large granite island offer spaces for meal preparations or a snack. Nearby is the dining table for more formal situations. Enjoy relaxing around the gas log fireplace, or bring your logins and enjoy the streaming TVs for your favourite show or movie.<br />

The home offers three king ensuites. Two are on the main level and one on the upper level. A bunk room with a twin over twin and a twin over queen is on the upper level with a private bathroom that opens to the bedroom and the hallway. Nearby, the loft has comfortable seating and room to spread out with a book or play with the little ones.<br />
<br />
Downstairs is the fifth bedroom with two sets of twin over twin bunks. There is a full bathroom next to it with hallway access for guest use. There are two entertainment spaces downstairs. The den features a sofa and large screen TV, and beyond that is the playroom with multiple game tables.&nbsp;<br />
<br />
Take advantage of our great weather with dinner on the main level deck, or spend an evening around the outdoor fireplace. The lower deck includes a 2025 hot tub with more mountain views.<br />

Please note all visitors on premise at the Winery must be 16 years or older except for Sunday, which is a family friendly day. &nbsp;This is strictly enforced.&nbsp;<br />

Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman&rsquo;s Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine &amp; Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.<br />

Additional Notes:&nbsp;<br />
- This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets to this home.<br />
- Eagles Nest is an up-and-coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.<br />
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter and may be required in times of snow or ice- it is your responsibility to come prepared for winter weather. No refunds are given if you are not prepared for winter weather.<br />
- All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an included amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.<br />
- Guests are responsible for supplying all their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)<br />
- The summer concerts are open to all guests. &nbsp;More information and a schedule are found at eaglesnestatbannerelk.<br />
- All linens and towels are provided for your stay.<br />
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV&#39;s. For information about ATV rentals please visit: Off Road Adventures<br />
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.<br />
- A Ring doorbell camera is installed on the front door for security.<br />

CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
