Perched in the desirable Lower Village of Eagles Nest,&nbsp;My Happy Place&nbsp;offers breathtaking long-range mountain views just minutes from the charm and dining of downtown Banner Elk (less than 10 minutes away) and snuggled right in between Beech and Sugar Mountain ski resorts!<br />

Step inside to panoramic views that stretch across the open-concept kitchen, dining, and living areas. The chef&rsquo;s kitchen features granite countertops, a spacious island perfect for meal prep or casual snacks, and a dining table ideal for more formal meals. Unwind in the cozy living room around the gas log fireplace or stream your favorite shows on the smart TVs throughout the home.<br />

Spacious &amp; Comfortable Sleeping Arrangements:

<li>3 King Suites&nbsp;&ndash; Two Master Suites on the main level and one Master Suite upstairs, each with its own full-bathroom.</li>
<li>Bunk Room Upstairs&nbsp;&ndash; Includes a twin-over-twin and twin-over-queen bunk bed with a private bathroom that opens to both the room and hallway.</li>
<li>Lower Level Bunk Room&nbsp;&ndash; Features two sets of twin-over-twin bunks and access to a full hallway bathroom.</li>

Upstairs, a cozy loft offers comfy seating&mdash;perfect for reading, relaxing, or entertaining the kids, and a Queen sleeper sofa.<br />

Downstairs, you&#39;ll find not one but&nbsp;two entertainment spaces:

HOURS: Thur &amp; Fri 4p-10p. &nbsp;Sat &amp; Sun 1p-7p<br />
Please note all visitors on premise at the Winery must be 16 years or older except for Sunday, which is a family friendly day. &nbsp;This is strictly enforced.&nbsp;<br />

Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman&rsquo;s Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine &amp; Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.<br />
<br />
Additional Notes:&nbsp;<br />
- This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets to this home.<br />
- Eagles Nest is an up-and-coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.<br />
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter and may be required in times of snow or ice- it is your responsibility to come prepared for winter weather. No refunds are given if you are not prepared for winter weather.<br />
- All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an included amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.<br />
- Guests are responsible for supplying all their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)<br />
- The summer concerts are open to all guests. &nbsp;More information and a schedule are found at eaglesnestatbannerelk.<br />
- All linens and towels are provided for your stay.<br />
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV&#39;s. For information about ATV rentals please visit: Off Road Adventures<br />
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.<br />
- A Ring doorbell camera is installed on the front door for security.<br />
<br />
CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
