- <strong>PET FRIENDLY</strong>!&nbsp; This home allows mature well-trained dogs.&nbsp; Pet rent is $25 per dog per night plus tax.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />
- Eagles Nest is an up-and-coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.<br />
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter and may be required in times of snow or ice- it is your responsibility to come prepared for winter weather. No refunds are given if you are not prepared for winter weather.<br />
- All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an included amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.<br />
- Guests are responsible for supplying all their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)<br />

- All linens and towels are provided for your stay.<br />
- Please be advised that private ATVs are not permitted in the community and will be denied entry at the gates.<br />
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.<br />
- A Ring doorbell camera is installed on the front door for security.<br />
- Firewood for the outdoor firepit may be added at time of booking or by calling at least 1 week in advance. $25 plux tax for 2 bundles of firewood and 1 firestarter.&nbsp;<br />

CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
